What step aerobics tape is the best?
I don?t do step aerobics because.. um.. I don?t have a step.I do just regular aerobics videos for cardio. I find them to be amazingly fun. Videos like Tae Bo, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Pump It Up:The Ultimate Dance Workout. Awesome! There?s lots more but I enjoy these the most.
Anything with a gay guy in pink spandex hahaha we used those in pe the other week?I don?t know, I just turn up the music and make it up hahahaha I?m stupidly amazing like that
