The Camden County Sheriff?s Department says a problem has been discovered with the 9-1-1 database of Charter Communications? telephone customers. Some customers? location information is incorrect and would provide a wrong location if they should have an emergency and call 9-1-1. Camden County and Charter Communications are currently in the process of verifying customers? telephone information in the 9-1-1 database. The county is asking that all Charter Communications telephone customers located in Camden County contact the Camden County Mapping & Addressing office, at 573-346-4440 Extension: 3194, to verify their location information.
